Do you accept payments for parking tickets?

NO. You can pay your ticket via our Pay Ticket web page or in person at City of Newark Municipal Court. 

What if I don't agree with my parking tickets?

If you receive a ticket issued by the Newark Parking Authority, you can submit a request to review your ticket via our Dispute A Ticket page on our website or call our office at 866-425-8090 between the hours of 9:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. EMAIL your dispute to customerservice@newarkparking.org

Do you handle police issued parking tickets?

No. We process "overtime parking at meter" and all non-moving violations  issued by the NPA. If you believe you were issued a ticket for a broken  meter, please contact our office at 973-623-6335 within 24 hours and we  will have our meter maintenance crew investigate. If the meter is  determined to be inoperable on the date and time the ticket was issued  follow the instructions on the Dispute A Ticket page Or contact the  Newark Municipal Court to schedule a court date.
