If payment is not received within 30 days of the issuance of the parking citation by the City of San Leandro, a late fee of $40.00 will be added to the amount, and the new total amount due must be received within 30 days of the date on the late notice.

If the new total amount, including the late fee, is not received within 30 days of the date on the late notice an additional fee of 1% of the total amount due will be added per month. The failure of any person to pay the total citation penalty assessed by the Administrative Citation within the time specified on the citation or late notice may result in the Agency pursuing any legal remedies to collect civil penalties.
