Parking citations are issued by Deputies, Police Officers, Sheriff Service Specialists, Reserve Deputies, Park Rangers, Citizen Volunteers, and School Security personnel (on school grounds). The Rancho Cucamonga Police Department manages all issues associated with parking citations in the City of Rancho Cucamonga.

Late fees of $42.00 are attached if the citation is not paid within 30 days. Per State Law, unpaid parking citations are attached to the Department of Motor Vehicle records for the vehicle involved. The vehicle cannot be currently registered until the citation is paid and removed.
