Using this service, you can find and Pay for your Parking Citations Issued Outside the Downtown Parking District by the Chula Vista Police Department online. 
If you just received your citation, you will not be able to pay online until it is entered into the parking citation system. Handwritten citations can take several weeks to be entered.
