How do I get a copy of my driving record?
Driving records are processed through the Adjudication division. A driving record includes any special license classifications (CDL), restrictions, and a list of any tickets, accidents and/or suspensions you may have incurred in the last 3 years. You can request a copy of your driving record online, in person, or by mail at the Division of Motor Vehicles, Adjudication, 600 New London Avenue, Cranston, RI 02920. What should I do if I did not receive a license renewal form in the mail?
You most likely did not receive the renewal form because your address has changed. To renew your license bring your old license and the Application for License (LI-1) form to any DMV branch location.
