This process is for individuals who reside in designated areas of the City where on-street parking is difficult to find. Please use this process if you are renewing an existing permit, requesting a new vehicle or visitor permit, or need temporary permits for a special event. You will be asked to provide a scanned copy of proof of location. Examples of proof are: driver's license, water bill, etc. When requesting vehicle permits, you will be asked to provide a scanned copy of proof of vehicle ownership, such as current vehicle registration.
