How do I know if my tax payment is processed successfully?

 You can check on the website by checking the public records page. Search with your parcel number and with your last name. Online payments take 24 hours to process.

Why didn't I receive my tax statement of this year?

You might have changed your address. Please contact the treasurer's office to get a duplicate copy of the tax bill at the new address.

Who can register to vote?

Nevada law provides that you must be 18 years of age or over, a U.S. Citizen, and a resident of Nevada for 30 days preceding any election.
Please note that: 

  • If you will be 18 years old or will have met the residency requirement at the time of the election, you are also eligible to register to vote. 
  • Any person who has been declared by a court to be mentally incompetent is not eligible to register and vote. 
  • Felons who have not been restored to their civil rights are not eligible to register and vote; however, recent legislation has provided for automatic restoration of the right to vote for those who have been honorably discharged from prison, probation or parole, with certain exceptions related to the seriousness of the crime committed. 

What are the symptoms of COVID-19?

The most common symptoms of COVID-19 are fever, tiredness, and dry cough. Some patients may have aches and pains, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat or diarrhea. These symptoms are usually mild and begin gradually. Some people become infected but don’t develop any symptoms and don't feel unwell.

Most people (about 80%) recover from the disease without needing special treatment. Around 1 out of every 6 people who get COVID-19 becomes seriously ill and develops difficulty breathing. Older people, and those with underlying medical problems like high blood pressure, heart problems or diabetes, are more likely to develop serious illness.

People with fever, cough and difficulty breathing should seek medical attention.

What should I do if I am sick?

If you think you have been exposed to COVID-19 and develop a fever and symptoms, such as cough or difficulty breathing, call your healthcare provider for medical advice.

Please refer to the Checklist for your specific provider type and provider specialty for documentation requirements. In addition, the following item is required: • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Authorization – New or revised EFT information 

Will the Provider Enrollment Unit notify me if my online application is incomplete?

How do I resume a new enrollment application that I saved to finish later?

 To return to the application, go to the Online Provider Enrollment Portal and select the “Resume Enrollment” link. On the Resume Enrollment page, enter the tracking number, Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) or Social Security Number (SSN) and password for the saved application. Note: If forgotten, the password cannot be reset and your request is no longer available. You will need to begin a new request 

What information is required to file a Unemployment Benefits in Nevada?
