You can pay your property taxes in two installments. The first installment is due on November 1 and can be paid by December 10 without penalty. The second installment is payable from February 1 to April 10 without penalty. After the due date, your taxes will become delinquent and you will be charged a penalty. If the last date falls on the weekend then taxes can be submitted without penalty on the next working day.
I have not received my tax bill. What should I do?
The property tax bills are mailed out to the owners in the last week of September or the first week of October. If you don't receive your tax bill by November 1 then please contact the Treasure's Office so they can send you a copy of a tax bill. It is your responsibility to get your tax bill because if you don't pay tax by the due date, you will be charged a penalty.
How much convenience fee is charged for paying tax with a credit card?
You can pay your property tax with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express or phone payment. Property taxes can not be paid with debit cards. If you pay with a credit card, a convenience fee of 2.19% is charged.

Purchase firearms or ammunition. (Note: Check with the firearms dealer you plan to visit to verify their identification requirements)
Your California driver license or California identification card number,
The last four digits of your social security number and
Your date of birth.
Your information will be provided to the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to retrieve a copy of your DMV signature.
If you do not have a California driver license or California identification card, you can still use this form to apply to register to vote by completing the online interview by 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the 15th calendar day before an election.
